Help Please.
Whenever i try to burn a DVD (-R) i am getting an error message
"Invalid Address for Write"
My system info is shown below.
Luckily after 5 coasters i have now discovered test mode.
Thanks

Could you send me a log file of the burn process?
Turn on MC's logging for CD burning by changing the value of this registry key from zero (0) to one (1):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRiver\Media Jukebox\CD Writer\Logger
Then just start up Media Center and try to burn a CD (you can leave test mode checked to avoid creating a coaster). Then exit MC and find a file in the MC program directory called "cdwriter.log" and email that to me. Remember that the log file is overwritten each time you start up MC, so you must send the file before restarting MC.
Thanks!

Thanks John,
I will do. The problem only seems to occur with DVD's though as opposed to CD's. CD's burn fine in either Audio or Data format on both of my burners.
Unfortunately i have ran out of Blank DVD's - i have ordered some more and they will will be with me on Friday so i will test and Email you then.
Thanks for your help.

Hi John and Graham,
I experience the same problem!
The log which is showed indicates an error 5. And MC shuts down.
If you want me to do the same testing let me know. I have version 286 now.

Make sure you have a current version of MC and that your drive supports the format you're trying to burn.
