Title: Convert Playback Range to Duration

Is there a function to convert a playback range to seconds so I can use it to calculate duration? It says in the wiki (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Expression_Language#ConvertDate.28.E2.80.A6.29:_Converts_a_human-readable_date_to_the_internal_format_required_for_use_in_date_fields) that "certain functions such as Now() and ConvertTime() also return localized floating-point values."

I can't find any info about ConvertTime(), though, and it isn't listed under Insert Function in an Expression builder.
