Title: JRiver 20.0.9 crashes using MAC 10.6.8

Recently downloaded MC20.0.90 onto mac mini running 10.6.8. The program crashes whenever I attempt to import my iTunes music library.  I have attempted this several times with and without options selected as per previous recommendations.  Have booted and rebooted system both ways with the options.  Nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The most common cause of this kind of issue is a corrupt file or files in the imported directories.  You can try to narrow it down by importing smaller batches of files (1-4 subfolders of your main iTunes Library directory at a time).

We may also be able to track down a culprit if you post the zip file generated by the Logging system immediately after a crash.  More info:

Try importing a directory or a filetype at a time to see if you can find a file that causes it.  If so, we'd like to see the file.
