Title: "Media Center 20 quit unexpectedly"

I have a Mac desktop that is about 6 years old.  It works flawlessly.  I downloaded the JRiver software this morning and when I opened it, this was the message that I got (in the subject header).

I am stumped.  I appreciate any help that can be offered to me.

Two things come to mind:

1.  MC needs at least OSX 10.6.8 to run and 10.7.5 is recommended.  If you're any lower than that, it might explain it not working.
2.  You should run MC from the Applications folder, NOT from the DMG file that it ships inside of.  Just drag it to the Applications folder and it'll copy right over.  It probably wouldn't crash just because of being run from the DMG, but I thought I'd mention it.

Thank you very much for the help on this.  I will use this info to pursue a fix.
