Title: JRiver Disappeared on Macbook Pro

Hi,

I purchased the license for Mac, Installed the software. Validated with serial number. It worked. However, after I restarted my Macbook Pro.  The software just disappeared.  I checked the application folder but it not there.  I tried to download and installed it again. It worked at first but disappeared again after I restart my Macbook Pro.  I am very much appreciated your help or suggestion.

How are you installing it?  You must drag the application icon into the Applications folder.

That would be the expected behavior if you are running it from the DMG download directly.
