Title: Occasional glitch when exiting Theater View - standard Windows dialog shown

This usually happens after a fresh boot or restart of MC and it's set to go into Theater View automatically. Choosing the Exit option straight away then sometimes brings up a standard Windows dialog on at the bottom of the screen rather than the Theater View style popup, with no text but the normal options that you would get, i.e. "Exit Theater View", "Shutdown, Sleep" etc, on Windows buttons.
