Title: JRiver cannot open files to load on Mac Mini

I just purchased JRiver for Mac. I downloaded the files, when I try opening to install I get message "media quit unexpectedly.
I have tried deleting file and downloading again (4 times) I have restarted computer several times. This is a dedicated music server, there are no other media program's besides iTunes.
Any help will be appreciated.
