Title: restoring my license

hi, I  need to restore my license due to outage. The reason for my recurring installation is because my media center constantly hang when I tried to play movies by zone. Same problem also happen when I am trying to import huge library. thanks.

But you shouldn't (wouldn't) be losing your license just because of a crash or PC lockup.

You don't need to restore for that.

I have reset your restore count.

You can use the 30 day trial period if necessary.

hi, thank you. it's a punishment for my laziness to read. I should have just use the install key.
