I have a system with Winamp/Pronto/Irman/SuperNudelist which works like a charm. Most of my MP3 ID3V2 tagging was done in MusicMatch. I have playlists by genres, album, artists etc. done in MusicMatch.
Recently I decided to switch over to APE files and this led me to MJ. However, in order to integrate in my system, I need the ability to save m3u playlists by genre, artist etc. I have not found anything like this in MJ and the posts on this forum led me to believe that this functionality is not (yet?) available.
Now, I am puzzled. This seems like such a trivial functionality to have and I wonder if there is any reason why you guys chose NOT to have it and if there is any likelyhood it will show up in the next version.
There are many good things about MJ, if you fixed that simple thing, it would even be better.
What's the release plan/policy on this feature?
Thanks!

It's in there. Just have to select what playlist you want and click File on the toolbar. Export playlist. And pick what format, and where you want it saved as. Not obvious like a lot of other apps, but still manages to get the job done.
