Hi everyone.

When Playback method is set to "Automatic", (Tools -> options -> file type -> video) what will it use?

For most things it'll use the built in engine of JRiver.

So if I want to make use of the Red Oct directshow functionality I'm best to leave it on auto or should I select it explicitly?

Just leave it on Automatic, then thats what its going to use anyway.
