Assistance, please.
I have just upgraded my Linux Distro from LMDE (1) to Linux Mint Debian Edition 2 (Betsy) which is a 64 bit operating system and am going to have to re-install programs including Media Centre. Which one should I install, the 20.0.110 for Debian, Wheezy ARM, or Jessie AMD 64?
Thank you.

You could try the debian amd64 jessie first, use the jriver apt repository (see the sticky posts in this forum to find out how).
If that doesn't work, switch to the i386 wheezy apt build.

Thanks. I shall do that. I had an inkling that I should try the Jessie AMD 64, but I want to get this install as correctly organized as possible.

You want the i386 Wheezy build. The AMD64 Jessie build doesn't work on LMDE 2. Follow my tutorial for Linux Mint.
Interesting, I decided to reinstall LMDE 2 and the AMD64 build works fine now (some sort of update for LMDE 2?), excellent, I'll be editing my tutorial! :D
