Title: DSD with Plugins

Is there any way to playback with DSD bitstreaming and use one of my installed plugins?

No, the option to bitstream is specifically there to bypass any processing.
You can convert to PCM and process the audio, and optionally encode that back to DSD, but you cannot enable bitstreaming and also process the audio.
