Title: Weird TV show thumbnail problem

Hey,

When I select an episode, the thumbnail on the right doesn't match the actual episode selected thumbnail.

Example attached.  Have tried deleted the Cache and Thumbnails folders.

I should add that I do full disc rips and use the particles feature.
