Title: Moving from MC17 to MC20

I just upgraded from MC 17 to MC 20. The install did not update from previous version it installed  the new version as standalone. Because of this of course nothing I have setup everything is new. Is there a way to import all my settings, playlists, music library ect to the new version?
OR is can I uninstall 20 and reinstall a different way to make sure it updates?

Backup your library on MC17 and restore it in MC20.
