What is the best Audiophile setup for best JRiver performance??
My system:

Windows 8.1 - JRiver mc20
dac: Ifi Micro Idac 24/192khz Hd Usb

Just install MC and use it.  Follow the Audio Setup instructions on the wiki.  There is no need to tune anything unless you have a problem.

Most of the "top secret" methods for getting better sound from Windows are just a pointless exercise and they often create new problems.
