Title: Tempo & Pitch bug

Begining from about version 20.0.63 I have the player occasionally freezing, when activating "Tempo & Pitch" DSP on videos. Not via the checkbox in the list of DSP's, but when I begin to change the Tempo control, it changes the tempo and activates the checkbox. But the player hangs up(not always).

Though, if I do this when the video is paused, it never happens.

And the second problem, is that the DSP tag doesn't work on videos for "Tempo & Pitch". But it works perfectly for audio files. So I can tag the playback speed of audio and it preserves for this file's playback.

Problem remains in build 20.0.124.

Strange thing is, if I go to "DSP Studio" => "Load/Save" => "Load", it all works, 'Tempo and Pitch" gets activated and sets the specified playback speed. But it doesn't work through DSP tag on video startup.
