Title: Confusion on Master license
Post by: Thomas Holm on June 12, 2015, 04:27:23 am
I have a PC running JRiver for some time now upgraded to MC 20 20.0.115. I just bought a Master License while I also got a MacBook Air. The File I got from JRiver is called Media Center21 Master-XXXXXX.mjr. Installing this om my PC went well. I can read under Registration Information that it is a (registered Master license).

The Mac runs OSX Yosemite 10.10.3. and MC 20 20.0.94.

I copy the Media Center21 Master-XXXXXX.mjr file to a USB stick and onto my Mac. I run the mjr file and get a response that the License was successfully installed. When I start JRiver and read under Registration Information I get the response that it is unregistered. I also tried typing in the 6 times 5 character registration code I got via mail, but the result is the same.

Did I do something wrong?

Why is the license file called Media Center21, the current version is MC 20 for both PC and MAC? (Happy it worked on PC MC20 install)

What should I do now?

Best regards, Thomas

Try using MC 20.0.116 for Mac, the older version you tried may not accept the new license yet.
