Post by: JEXX on June 21, 2015, 08:27:02 am
Trying to switch my default playback mode to 'stop after every song'.....even if I select button on top,
when I restart MC20, it switches back to a different mode .....any ideas...thanks JEXX    ?

Media Center defaults to "Repeat Playing Now".

As stated, I am aware of that.   Can the default be changed was the question.  TNX - JES

Yes, it's the button to the right of the seek bar (where the shuffle button is too). Click on the circling arrows and choose your option. :)

I think it is an intentional design choice that the "stop after every track" option does not persist across sessions.
For most people, enabling that option would be a temporary change, and having MC start up in that state would be a nuisance.

Hi;
Thanks for the reply.....your observation is correct for those who desire that option (most people).  For me, not being able
to change the default creates the need to change that selection each and every time...  So, still trying to find out if the
default is able to be changed so I don't have to change it each time...for everyone else, I expect they are happy.
For me, I would still like the option to change the default...
