You can export from the file menu.  You need to select something first.

I cant see tha option? I go to files in jriver, select everything and then the file menu only allows export playlist or export to itunes. I want it as an excel file or a text file or something.

export playlist (mpl, html, txt, asx, m3u, wpl).  selecting txt will allow All Fields type of export, and it's a CSV file so it opens really nice in Excel.  this is the only export list option i ever use.  you can either select the files then export selection, or export all at once

you can export your library as an XML (file>library>export to XML)

you can select all files and Print List (to a .pdf or something like that)
