Title: [Possible BUG]Non-Time shifting on HDHomeRun Prime (CC)

turning time-shifting off doesn't seem to work on the HDHomeRun Prime.  I am on Win 8.1 x64, build 123 (didn't work on 115 either).  When I select a program to watch from te guide, it just goes black, and there is no video.  It appears that the application freezes also and I have to kill it with task manager.
