Title: Neither your registration code nor your install key is working

I get a message:

YOUR LICENSE FILE IS NOT VALID FOR MEDIA CENTER. DO YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AN UPGRADE?

You had just emailed me a new install key and I got the same results as I did with my registration code.

The license must match the version of M that you have installed.

You have a license for MC19.  You can download it here:

Or upgrade.
