Title: Upgrade from 19 to 20 Install wizard (not responding)

I'm running Media center 19 (on Win8) and have a ver 20 License. When running the mediacenter200124 executable. I get install wizard not responding. Tried several times and yes I have closed all windows and Media Center and run it as administrator. I have previously upgraded form 17, to 18,to 19. Some advice would be appreciated.

Antivirus programs can cause that kind of problem.

I have turned off Windows Defender and still get same result.

Any other "security" programs installed?
