Title: Just upgraded from V19 - Tool tips white background

Just upgraded to version 20 latest version. Noticed the hover Tool Tips info are white background and very faint grey font barely readable, this is when using Purity skin. In v19 they were black background which matched the skin and looked better. not sure if a bug overlooked in v20?
