Hi I received your upgrade offer for MC21, but it doesn't accept my registration number. Could you not have tested this process some more.
-
The most common reason for this is a typo in the license.
Here's the help page:
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=98668.msg682403
If it doesn't work, please post the link you used. Don't post your license.

Sorry for the trouble. The registration process is thoroughly tested, and has been used by many customers. I'm not sure exactly what is happening. Read through Jim's help link, and make sure you have the latest version of MC 20 installed, though, or you won't be able to use the new license keys (which are now being issued for the not-yet-released MC21 but backwards compatible to MC20).
This forum is support:

I'd also recommend that you use the trial throughout your trial period to make sure the product will meet your needs before making a purchase. JRiver does not issue refunds after purchase because they offer a full-featured 30-day free trial.

Hi Stafmans I am experiencing the exact same problem. Have the latest version of MC for Mac running and made no typo when entering the registration code.
What to do?
-
I think we are miscommunicating. So I will better point out my issue:
- I have a license and the latest MC20 mac version running, no sweat here
- I receive an upgradeoffer from you by mail to upgrade to MC21
- I visit this link http://www.jriver.com/purchase_21_mac_as_upgrade.html which you point to on your forum
- I enter my registration number (cut-and-paste from your mail AND 2nd time typed it over) and get a refusal (see attachment)
I still think you did not test this form to work well with all the MC20 registration numbers.
-
I can't find a license for the e-mail you're using for your forum account.
You can contact me at jimh at jriver.

Hi Jim,
I sent you a mail with the mail-address I used when I registered and included my registration key. Any news on this? I still don't succeed in upgrading via the Mac upgrade page.
-
I have the same problem. I bought MC21 (special offer) and installed it on my MacBook. Now i also want to install on my MacMini (audioserver), installed MC20, used my new key, but it does not work. The key is not recognized.
What am i doing wrong?
Cheers,
Blomaudio

Get the latest build of MC20 and install it. Then restore your license.
-
@Blomaudio: sorry, completely not the same issue

Hi I received your upgrade offer for MC21, but it doesn't accept my registration number. Could you not have tested this process somemore. Now instead of simply ordering I'm busy spending my time registering and posting on a forum, because I cannot reach anybody in any other way with your company.
I can't find a license that uses your forum address. Please send me your details. I'm jimh at jriver.

Hi Jim, I sent you a mail earlier from the mail-address that is connection to my license. It included the registration number I use. I can send this mail again?

It's a Master License. You can upgrade it here:

You're right. Solved. I was completely convinced I had a Mac license. Sorry for the confusion.
