Title: Doctor Who in Playlist for v. 20.0.124?
Post by: jllaudio on July 17, 2015, 11:44:20 am
Just received the update to 20.0.124 and find I have an icon for "Dr. Who" in the Playlist.  What is that about?  I never had "Dr. Who" anywhere in any of my versions before.

Basically its a new feature where you can share your favorite playlists with others - and download their playlists that you like. Then it will match to your existing music collection to the playlist and link you to Performer Store for those songs you don't have. At the Performer Store you can get a 30 second trial of the song and buy it if you want.

You can turn off (remove) Dr, Who if you want from Tools>Options>General "Features" (or maybe it's "Advanced") by unchecking the box.

Update to 131, from the top of this board.  It fixes a Doctor Who problem.

If you want to remove the Doctor Who feature from the playlist tree, go to Tools -> Options. Select the 'General' tab and then scroll down until you see 'Features.' Click on 'Features' and then scroll until you find 'Doctor Who.' Uncheck the box and click OK. You will need to restart MC20 before the change takes effect.

Thanks, having that on my Playlist has been bugging me for a long time.
