Title: Need Help With The Player

As I posted in another thread...my Pono isn't working properly with uploading files to the "F" drive.
Since it freezes all the time It takes forever... and the same files will upload normally onto the "G" Sata Card.

Is there anything I can do before I contact the Warranty department?
Also, how do I contact the warranty department?

You should try the official site, ponomusic.com.  Or call them tomorrow.
