I seem to be having some problems with subtitles making video stutter when rendered on screen. The video runs fine otherwise and only will skip when a subtitle appears. The files are mkv BD rips with subtitles within the container.
I have the sound for video set to passthrough bitstreaming to take some of the burden off the CPU.

My PC is not particularly powerful but seems to do the job with everything else JRM throws at it.
I am running Red October Standard with Windows 10.
Any ideas as to something I might tweak to try and get this smoothed out?
