Title: Can't get files to import

I downloaded from shopdeadnet for the first time. I had to copy the files from download in Windows 7 to My Music. The first two files transferred to Media Center 20 fine. The third file won't no matter how I try. When I try to import, Media Center 19 opens and says "import failed". Attempts to drag the files as individual songs to the folder holding to first two also fails. If I try to play in either 19 or 20 it opens 19 and won't play. It also won't import or drag in 19. I've never had this problem with HD Tracks. I can't figure out why two thirds of the download worked. Please help. I've attached the failed import image detail.

Nine times out of ten this is due to a corrupt download. Try redownloading the tracks.
