Title: Listening to Streaming Google Play Music / I heart radio on jriver

I would really like to be able to listen to these streaming services in multiple rooms  in my house synched at the same time through jriver. Is this possible? Do I have to plug my phone's audio to my computer somehow or stream to the computer through Bluetooth or something? This should be a no-brainer.
