Title: 21.0.2 issue

While it does download but when you try to open it ask for a program to open with which I have not seen before. I selected jriver. It does nothing but open jriver no updating.

Is the file named MediaCenter210002.exe ?

Are you running Windows?  You should just execute it by double clicking on it.

It sounds like you may be running the license file.

You have to download and run the MC21 installation file, which is at top of the thread found at:

After a number of tries, rebooted the computer and it fixed whatever was causing the download issue. I should have rebooted before making the post. Sorry for wasting your time.
