Title: Stuttering Live & Recorded TV

OK.....I just noticed that watching live tv....it stutters. Hard to explain. Not exactly stutter but very not-smooth. Of course, recorded TV programs are the same. NO idea why....any suggestions?!!

Also, check whether "crop edges..." option was turned on.  Turn it off if it is on.  Are you using Red October standard or HQ?  HQ requires better video card.
