This worked for me until just recently. I just noticed after adding some new albums that when I right-click an artist in the Artists view and select "Get artist images from Last.fm" that nothing happens. It worked fine as recently as a month ago and I'm pretty sure I haven't changed any settings. Version is 20.0.132.
Is this broken for anyone else? Could I have missed a setting somewhere?

Well, I think I found the answer...their website says that they are migrating to a new site and some services are currently disabled.

Try going back to version 20.0.115 and see if it works (mine does in that version).
They changed the way it works and didn't change it back for MC20 only MC21. :'(

That didn't fix it. I'll try MC21 later, bought the upgrade license a few weeks ago.

So I tried 21.0.4 and still the same issue.
I noticed something I didn't see before. It actually does download a file to the Artists folder. But the extension is not an image file type. It's a random extension, such as .776, .1b3, .0fc. When I change these to .jpg, it works fine. I've tried this on two different computers. No idea what could be causing that other than something weird with last.fm, but maybe if JRiver looks at the extension when downloading and changes it if necessary, that could be a fix.

It may be "Last FM" with their site change.
I use "Google" also which may be why I haven't noticed a difference.
