Title: Theater View 'tile' sizes
Post by: ldoodle on August 27, 2015, 06:23:25 am
Hey,

I'm not sure 'tile' is the right word to use but can't think of another.

Is the size of these determined solely by the screen resolution?  Compare to the 2 images; one has 5 columns vs. the other which has 6 columns.  The 5 column one shows larger images than the 6 column one.

I prefer the smaller tile, more columns one, which is on my laptop (shared library from htpc) with 1280 x 800 resolution, vs. 1366 x 768 on the htpc.

Do we have any control of this size, like we do in Standard View?

There is a zoom option in Options/Theater View.

Thanks.  What is the percentage of?  I had both set to 85% and ended up as per the screenshots...

Also, you may have noticed that for some reason it's clipped '10 Things I Hate About You' to '10 Things I hate About Yo' - drops the 'u' in 'You'.  What's that about?  It does it for other films as well.

Yes, it is a zoom factor for the whole screen. I dont believe you can zoom the cover art without affecting the text size as well.

Just a little note that you can set the zoom size by holding Ctrl down and mouse wheeling.  It's a little faster and easier than going into Options and setting it.

Thanks Matt, that's really useful to know.

Any thoughts on the text clipping?
