Title: cannot load new purchased ver 21

Got version 16 had 17 but had to uninstall due to performance issues just purchased the upgrade to 21 won't auto load due to u know error also get this when click on registration key, any ideas?

 so what your saying is....you downloaded Media Center 21.0.3 from the top of this board and it won't install or you are trying to install it using the registration key....Media Center 21.0.3 for Windows  will not auto install just because you had version 16-17 on your pc and the restration key is just that. You need to download Media Center 21.0.3 for Windows  from the top of this board and go from there.
