Title: i had to reformat and now i can't get my license

hi--i  had to reformat my computer and indeed lost everything.  i am sure that my email that i used to register was rustin@verizon.net; yet, that email did not work from the restore page.

can you please help me?  i indeed bought the program, and am active on this ipodlounge sites as 8_cats

i used a different email addy.  it should be there
