Title: JRiver does not recognize my TV Card

My TV card is in my computer and connected to a digital cable.

Upon setting up my TV in JRiver the card is not detected by JRiver.

I used the card successfully with Windows Media Center.

Please advise.

What brand/model TV card is it?

Did you go into Windows Device Manager and see if the card is listed there, and if so, not showing any issues?

Yes the device is listed.

Having tried again the card is now listed, but only for analogue signals.

The card is a YUAN MC770A.
