Title: Problem

Hello !
 Question -Why not play Dsd files on JRiver? All other musical formats and their resolution is playing very well , DSD- fizzle and in the distance , louder amp, just barely audible sound .Equipment macbook pro and Musical Fidelity Mx - Dac  and JRiver 21.08 .
 I am waiting for help . Thanks !

You might try turning on Bitstreaming for DSD:

Tools > Options > Audio > Settings > Bitstreaming > DSD

Stop MC and restart it after you make the change.

Regarding the JRiver setup for Musical Fidelity MX-DAC,
The bitstream DSD solution didn't work for me.

JRiver now switches between PCM and DSD appropriately with a happily clicking MX-DAC.
