Title: DSP Output Format Setting Problem
Post by: cristofori on November 07, 2015, 05:40:57 am
Good Morning,

Possible Bug version 17 -19 - Windows 10 - 8.1 - 7 - French Language

In the DSP Windows - Output Format , it is impossible to change the sample rate output. Only the less than 44.1k and the more than 768k works.

I have to return to version 9 to perform the changes and than back to 19.

Regards

We've heard a couple reports of this, but I have no idea what might be happening.  It doesn't happen on any of my machines.

Could you post a screenshot of the DSP dialog in the disabled state?

Thanks.

Good Morning,

Bug in DSP - Output Format Windows - French Language .

Some further investigations.

The output SR was changed with an older version . With the installation of version 17 the changes remain.

The bug occurs when I try to change any of the sample rate. All the SR return to "sans modification" (no change) and only less than 44.1k and more than 768k can be changed.

Than I change the language to ENGLISH - restart jriver - and the bug disappears. I can make any change and after that I return to FRENCH version and all is fine again but the bug is still there in the french version.

Regards

I can sure reproduce the problem with a translation enabled.  Hopefully it'll be a quick fix on Monday (but it could turn into a landslide!).

Thanks.

Look for a fix in the next build.

Thanks for letting us know.
