Title: Spotify in a browser
Post by: imugli on April 14, 2018, 12:11:26 am
Apologies if this has been asked / answered a million times already - does the Chromium browser engine allow for playback of protected content?

I've tried to access Spotify but getting the page with instructions on how to enable protected content playback.

I'd love to be able access Netflix / Spotify etc. within the browser.

I have the same problem. Unfortunately using the instructions from Spotify (in the above link) don't work in the embedded browser - it does not launch the Chrome settings page.

When I try the Internet Explorer browser engine, I am unable to get to the Spotify login page - clicking the login link fails to open a page.

Note: I am using JR version 22, but I did not want to start a new thread in a separate forum.

Any ideas?
