I have an iFi DSD Nano and would like to try to upsample in JRiver 21.
In Options/Audio/Settings/DSP and Output Format, I have set all my Output Formats to 384,000 (supported by the iFI DSD Nano) for upsampling
Should I be setting my Output Encoding to "None" or "4xDSD" (for 128DSD).
When I do set my output encoding to 4xDSD, 16 bit files are successfully upsampled to 384 (I see that in the computer's iFI control panel).
But 24-bit files play with a jittery and clipping sound.
Any ideas why I'm having trouble with that clipping sound with 24 bit files?
