Title: unable to remove media center 18 (have newer versions - 22-25)

hi,
normal uninstall doesn't work on windows 10 (media center 18 was installed on windows 7 long time ago)

any suggestions?

Go to Old Versions on our wiki, download and install MC18, then uninstall.  That should work.
