Title: MCE remote stopped working after I set up Play Power

In Tools/Options/Remote Control:

IRMAN now shows as IRMAN (failed to start). I also have MCE enabled, but MC 26 will no longer respond to MCE IR commands. It worked before I set up Play Power to blast IR to components. Is this a known limitation or a bug, that is, do you get either Play Power or remote IR commands? Restarting MC 26 did not solve the issue.

For anyone with this issue, it has nothing to do with Play Power. It's apparently a Windows issue because I can get the MCE receiver to respond to the remote again by deleting the USBCIR entry in Device Manager, but that only works through the next restart.

After hours of searching, I found a suggestion to plug the receiver into a USB hub, which works. The USBCIR device now responds to the MCE remote consistently across reboots and restarts.
