Title: Playlist File Path Issues from MacOS to Surfans DAP
Post by: CrimsonRaven on December 13, 2020, 02:09:33 pm
I have an issue with playing the audio files from the synchronized playlists on my digital player. I can synchronize the audio files and playlists from MediaCenter on MacOS to my Surfans player, however the player has issues reading the tag information from the audio files.

I can correct the issue by manually editing the playlist's file paths on the player from forwards slashes (e.g., ./../Music/Artist/Song.flac) to backslashes (e.g., .\..\Music\Artist\Song.flac).

Is there a way within MediaCenter to specify backslashes instead of forward slashes in the paths?

Check the options for Handheld Sync.  I'm not sure if it's there.

I did not see it in the Handheld Sync options.  I will manually edit the playlist file for now until I can find an automated option.  Thank you for the help.
