Hello.
Currently I am unable to type asian languages directly into the interface of MC. MC ignores the OS input methods and type the keys exactly as they are. My work around is to hit command space to bring up spotlight, type what I need, whether it’s to search or to edit. Then I select all, copy, switch to media center, and paste it into the field I need all using keyboard shortcuts. Needless to say this is quite convoluted and certainly not ideal when I have to edit massive amounts of tags within MC.
I’ve been using MC and upgrade yearly since 23 and as far as I know I’ve never been able to type asian characters at all. Is this something that can be implemented eventually?

This came up a few weeks ago and there was a solution.
Try searching the forum, even using Google (adding jriver) for
japanese characters
chinese characters
korean characters
etc.
