Title: License Question

Hi
We builded new PC last Oct with a defective motherboard, so we have to use the license again for the new/replacement motherboard we received.
The new motherboard seems fine until now, but we got freeze/black screen causing by integrated graphic card driver from AMD 5 5600G.
We then have to clean install Windows and restored the license in Nov.
Today, out of the blue, JRiver asked me to restore the license without any reason.
Please help... We already frustrated with problems from the new PC...
Can the license got credited back since we only using it for one PC?

If you run out of restores, just post and we can reset your license.
