Title: Flatpak support

I would love to see Flatpak support for MC because:
- Linux distributions that have immutable filesystems with flatpaks are gaining traction (Fedora Silverblue/Kinoite and the soon to be released SteamOS3).
- The current install process on LInux I think involves too many steps and is therefore discouraging

Flatpak is basically now a defacto standard, and it could solve installation problems on various distros. Also releasing a flatpak on flathub would be good from a discoverability perspective, as I believe many LInux users currently don't even know MC even exists.
