i'm having intermittent problems with tabs. switching between tabs frequently causes MC to become unresponsive (spinning beach ball) for
about 3-5 minutes at a time during which there's a lot of hard drive activity litterally making the app pretty much unusable for me altogether.
any clues anyone? seems like i'm the only one with that problem as i can't find any info here in the forum.
2nd question: last year i upgraded from version 25 to 28 which was a rather painful experience. Question: is there a relatively painless way to revert to
version 27 from 28?
3rd question: without a 3rd party app, how can I disable MC from trying to connect to any other server but JRiver.com? like facebook and other places that i have absolutely no use for?
I'm on the latest version of Catalina (10.15.7) and I'm using MC only for local music playback. I have no need for any other features like video etc
