Title: Install Problem

I have the exe file, when I double click it start to extract it and Windows prompt me if I want to run the file, after I click YES, nothing happens. I need help! Thank you!

That may be a Windows problem.  Security software?

I don't have any security software on the computer, just the Windows default security one.
