Title: Startup minimized syntax

I have searched but I can not find the correct syntax to start Media Center 10 minimized. Can someone pass that along?

I would like to drop a batch file in my startup folder for MC to start when the PC starts and minimized....

is such a feature to start media center minimized (preferably in the tray) been added to the latest versions of media center?
