Title: Media Center 11.1.196 crashing in Vista

Faulting application Media Center.exe, version 11.1.196.0, time stamp 0x44f891f7, faulting module JRTools.dll, version 11.0.280.0, time stamp 0x44f496f9, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0007990c, process id 0xfdc, application start time 0x01c94642cb28b5c0.

The above is from the even viewer in admin tools, when I try to add files by browsing the computer, it crashes every time

Any help please. And I have version 12, as that was crashing so much I thought I'd try version 11

MC11 probably won't work on Vista.  Maybe with "compatibility" mode in Vista.

The latest builds of MC12 are fine.  MC13 also.

You could try reinstalling your license.

I uninstalled 11, reinstalled 12, now it won't start, it tells me I tried to open a database which is too new for this version of media center, database where I wonder, and I had 11 not 13 on?

Any suggestions
